Delete your account and data

You can delete your Ledger Loop account yourself, at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Ledger Loop and go to More, then Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

This removes your profile and sign-in. Spaces where you are the only member are deleted with everything in them. In spaces shared with other people, the things you created stay with that space for the remaining members, and your name is removed from your profile.

If you cannot open the app

Email innova8ions@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and complete it within 30 days.

What we keep

Nothing beyond short-lived technical logs and backups, which are removed on their normal schedule.
